Faculty Positions: 

  • High School Teacher (full-time): HMS is seeking a full-time teacher to join the high school Venture Program faculty team. Responsibilities include mentoring students, teaching English, co-teaching a variety of classes to provide academic support, coordinating student services, and overseeing Venture Program elements. We are looking for someone who loves working with and supporting young people, is collaborative and able to work on a team, and is passionate about their relationship with Jesus Christ. Teachers are expected to support the values and mission of HMS.
  • Elementary teachers (full-time): HMS is seeking certified full-time teachers for various grades for the 2024-25 school year. We are looking for teachers that are passionate about the Lord, are willing to encourage students in their gifts, and will engage students in learning beyond the classroom.   • Music teacher (part-time): HMS is seeking a teacher for one high school, general music class weekly. Position candidates should hold a music education degree and ideally have experience in music theory, history, and music composition. 


Staff Positions:

  • Shop Instructor – HMS is seeking a Shop Instructor to instruct and supervise small groups of high school students in the woodshop, tools, and projects. 1-3 hours per week, stipend provided
