Faculty Positions: 

  • 2024-25 High School Faculty (full-time): HMS is seeking a teacher/paraprofessional to join the high school Venture Program faculty team. Responsibilities include mentoring students, co-teaching a variety of math & science classes to provide academic support, coordinating student services and supporting students in time management, and overseeing Venture Program elements (elective & dual-enrollment courses, senior capstones, service time, etc.). Position requires attending and assisting with coordination of evening and weekend events, fundraisers, and field trips. We are looking for someone who loves working with and supporting young people, is collaborative and able to work on a team, and is passionate about their relationship with Jesus Christ. Teachers are expected to support the values and mission of HMS.
  • 2024-25 Music Instructor (part-time): HMS is seeking a teacher for one high school, general music class weekly. Position candidates should hold a music education degree and ideally have experience in music theory, history, and music composition. 

 

Staff Positions:

  • 2024-25 High School Learning Support Aide (part-time) – HMS is seeking a Learning Support Aide to support high school students. This position would be for 10 hours/week, working one-on-one with students or in a small group. We are looking for an individual who loves working with and supporting young people, is collaborative and able to work on a team, and is passionate about their relationship with Jesus Christ. Staff members are expected to support the values and mission of HMS.
  • 2024-25 Shop Instructor – HMS is seeking a Shop Instructor to instruct and supervise small groups of high school students in the woodshop, tools, and projects. 1-3 hours per week, stipend provided.
  • IMMEDIATE OPENING: Bus Drivers –  HMS is seeking Bus Driver(s) for regular route position immediately and substitute drivers. Competitive hourly wages, paid training, options to park at/near home, flexible for parents. We are looking for candidates who love working with children. Staff are expected to support the values and mission of HMS.
