This beloved tradition not only supports Christ-centered, child-focused education at HMS but also celebrates the heart of our local community. This year, we’re excited to showcase our local dairy farmers, many of whom are part of our school family. With a few fun new additions to the schedule, plus all the classic favorites you know and love, it’s sure to be a weekend to remember.

2025 Special Giving Project

Outdoor Electronic Scoreboard

Each year we hold a Special Giving Project as part of the HinkleFEST Benefit Auction as a way for our community to contribute to the life of the school without purchasing  physical items to take home.

This year we are thrilled to focus on our HMS athletic program for our Special Giving Project.  For years the HMS soccer field has hosted and welcomed many guests to our campus.  We are looking to upgrade our soccer field for the players’ and fans’ experience with a permanent outdoor electronic scoreboard!  This will allow players and fans to be more in tune with game play time and the score. It will also give our field a nice polished look!   Along with the scoreboard we would like to include a panel that includes our Hawks logo and sound capabilities that enables us to play music and make announcements. The dollars raised towards this year’s Special Giving project will go towards the following:

  • Purchase and installation of the scoreboard
  • Purchase and installation of sound equipment

The HMS HinkleFEST & Benefit Auction is held annually, rain or shine, on the second weekend of October. It is a time for community building as the school families work together to welcome neighbors, alumni, friends & family to our school and raise funds to underwrite the cost of education at HMS. With lots of fun at the KidsFEST as well as delicious food and great auction items, the whole family can enjoy a weekend together!
