This beloved tradition not only supports Christ-centered, child-focused education at HMS but also celebrates the heart of our local community. This year, we’re excited to showcase our local construction trades, some of whom are part of our school family. With a few fun new additions to the schedule, plus all the classic favorites you know and love, it’s sure to be a weekend to remember.

Friday, October 9th

Pork BBQ Dinner: Eat in or Drive-Thru Take Out
Builder Showcase: What will Gingrich Roofing & Siding, Horning Exteriors, and Whispering Pines Carpentry build on the fly that will be sold at the auction? Join us to watch and see!

2026 Special Giving Project
As we welcome families and guests to our Hinkletown Campus, we know that first impressions matter. Creating a warm, attractive, and well-maintained curb appeal sets a positive tone for HMS and helps visitors feel God’s love the moment they step on campus. Hebrews 13:2 reminds us, “Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it.”
Our current school sign at Hinkletown is outdated and was further damaged by the storm in early July. Because of this, our 2026–2027 Special Giving Project will focus on replacing and upgrading our signage.

The HMS HinkleFEST & Benefit Auction is held annually, rain or shine, on the second weekend of October. It is a time for community building as the school families work together to welcome neighbors, alumni, friends & family to our school and raise funds to underwrite the cost of education at HMS. With lots of fun at the KidsFEST as well as delicious food and great auction items, the whole family can enjoy a weekend together!
