Faculty Positions: 

  • High School Teacher (full-time): HMS is seeking a full-time teacher to join the high school Venture Program faculty team. Responsibilities include mentoring students, teaching English, co-teaching a variety of classes to provide academic support, coordinating student services, and overseeing Venture Program elements. We are looking for someone who loves working with and supporting young people, is collaborative and able to work on a team, and is passionate about their relationship with Jesus Christ. Teachers are expected to support the values and mission of HMS.

Staff Positions:

  • Shop Instructor – HMS is seeking a Shop Instructor to instruct and supervise small groups of high school students in the woodshop, tools, and projects. 1-3 hours per week, stipend provided
  • Van Driver – HMS is seeking a Van Driver for a regular route position to serve our Berks County families for the upcoming 24-25 school year. We offer competitive hourly wages, paid training, and flexibility for parents. Candidates are expected to support the values and mission of HMS. *Position does not require a school bus license/certification.
